Step 1: Prepare the Bananas
- Peel the ripe bananas and slice them very thinly using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.
- Soak the slices in lightly salted water for 5-10 minutes to prevent browning (optional).
- Drain and pat dry the banana slices completely using a kitchen towel.
Step 2: Frying the Banana Wafers
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Drop the banana slices in small batches and fry until golden and crispy.
